Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, skilled in providing clinical care, and comfortable working independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards • Collaborate with colleagues and, when appropriate, outside providers Requirements: • Current and valid license in Pennsylvania as an LAPC, LPC or LCSW • Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or related field • Strong clinical skills with at least 1 year of post-licensure experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs) or willingness to learn • Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities • Interest in working with a variety of populations (e.g., adolescents, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC communities) What We Offer: • Flexible schedule and work environment (remote, in-person, or hybrid) • Competitive compensation structure (W2 or 1099 options) • Clinical supervision and peer consultation groups • A collaborative and supportive team culture How to Apply: Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter, and license verification.
