Job Description: Provides client service support to our clients/patients with laboratory results in an accurate and professional manner. Handle questions, problems and complaints of all customers including physicians, patients and co-workers. Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent required. • AS degree preferred. • Customer service experience with knowledge of medical terminology required. Call center experience preferred. • Previous laboratory or medical office experience preferred. • Must be able to work independently. • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to read, write and speak the English language.
