Position Overview We’re looking for a senior leader responsible for overseeing logistics operations, driving revenue growth, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance to support the company’s operational goals and customer needs. This role requires proven experience in developing sales and logistics strategies and leading a small, high-performing team. Your day to day includes aligning sales objectives with overall business goals and ensuring operational execution consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Sales Strategy: Cultivating client relationships while identifying new business, analyzing market trends, meeting revenue targets, and sales forecasting. • Operational Optimization: Analyzing how we service our clients, removing bottlenecks, and implementing efficient processes to support the revenue objective. • Team Leadership: Collaborating with third-party logistic providers, finance, and other teams, to align operational capacity with fluctuating demand to maximize efficiency and profitability. • Performance Management: • Developing key performance indicators focused on growth, client retention, and controlling logistics costs to ensure adherence to the budget. • Identifying cost-reduction initiatives, negotiating vendor contracts and rates, and process flow enhancements. • Mitigating logistics-related risks and monitoring customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
