Role Description This full-time, Hybrid role of Business Development Manager - Hunter is located in Portland, OR area. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to drive company growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, delivering engaging presentations, negotiating contracts, and developing strong relationships with customers. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure business goals are met. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Experience within relevant industries such as first aid, safety, or industrial supplies is a plus
