Bachelor's degree, 1 year project management experience preferably in healthcare operations, PMP preferred, bilingual Spanish preferred, strong verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Word.

Job Summary This position, Project Manager I - Operations, is responsible for managing small, low risk, projects with an administrative focus from initiation and strategy development to completion. The position can also be responsible for managing a project sub-set which is part of a larger project, requiring coordination. This role has project management responsibility with no direct reports. The position is responsible for executing short and long term objectives for the project. The position leverages indirect staff to accomplish results. The position defines problems and scopes parameters, develops strategies, task/solution specifications, identifies and secures needed resources, and develops and updates project plans, timetables and milestones. The position maintains and distributes documentation and communications to keep members informed, on task, and on time. The position identifies structures of authority and processes for decision making within the project, and ultimately manages the execution of the plan and post implementation evaluation of outcomes.
