Master's degree preferred, 7+ years senior healthcare management experience, 5+ years senior leadership in complex environments, supply chain certification preferred, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Job Profile Job Summary The Manager Supply Chain Operations plans all product distribution and inventory management activities for the system and manage supplier relationships. Those activities include all processes associated with the effective management of supplies from requisition to payment working collaboratively with pavilion and ACS supply chain leaders, Clinical areas, Purchasing, Value Analysis, IT Systems, and Accounts Payable. Will develop and implement standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, coordinate performance monitoring, manage processes and initiate operational improvements. Minimum Qualifications Degrees: Master's Degree (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree (Required) Licenses & Certifications: CMRP Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional or other supply chain certification (Preferred) Work Experience: Seven (7) Years of Experience in a senior management healthcare role. Management Experience: Five (5) Years of Experience w/ Senior leadership role in a complex environment.
