JOB SUMMARY: Support the service by maintaining records and coordinating appointments, referrals and registration and using their clerical expertise to advance the organization and productivity of the unit. Requires multitasking in a fast pace environment and must be enthusiastic self-starter. Minimum Qualifications Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma with 2 years college preferred Work Experience: 2 years relevant work experience in Healthcare facility Equipment Operated:PC, FAX, PHONES Special Requirements Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Other Skills Medical Terms, P.C., Typing (wpm 30) Advanced Education Advance Training/Specialty: Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred. Work Schedule: Flexible, Eligible for Telecommute Other Requirements: Minimum score of 80% on OPAC Customer Service Test
