Full Description

Project Manager The OBIX Project Manager leads and oversees the full lifecycle of OBIX implementation projects. This role partners closely with the OBIX Project Team, customer Project Manager, and the customer Project Team to ensure that all OBIX and customer tasks, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly defined, understood, and aligned. The Project Manager collaborates with OBIX team members to communicate project scope, provide guidance, and clarify requirements. They proactively identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies between customer expectations and the purchased solution. The OBIX Project Manager is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, using a rigorous and structured project management methodology. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate project plans, tracking task completion, identifying delays, and managing issues as they arise. Additionally, this role drives projects to completion in alignment with OBIX revenue recognition requirements and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project financials. Salary Range $85-92,000 USD General Responsibilities Define project scope based on quotes and/or contracted services. Develop a comprehensive Project Plan that outlines and sequences all activities required for successful completion. Execute projects in alignment with departmental standard operating procedures. Maintain exceptional project control by ensuring plans, schedules, budgets, and scope are consistently met or exceeded. Manage project timelines and allocated hours to ensure accurate revenue recognition forecasting. Identify and assess PMO processes for ongoing improvement opportunities. Establish and maintain communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of project progress. Provide regular updates on project status, key issues, and potential impacts to clients, team members, and leadership. Coordinate risk identification and resolution to minimize project disruption. Manage and update project details, tasks, and status within Project Management software. All other duties as assigned. Requirements To perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the qualifications below. Active PMP certification preferred. 3-5-years of relevant experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a large corporation or a professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel). Experience with Kantata OX Professional Services tool is a plus. Proven ability to develop and manage detailed project schedules. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to conduct research into project-related issues. Willingness to travel up to 5%. Valid driver’s license and passport. This position can be performed remotely.
