Role Overview: As a Human Resources Business Partner, this professional will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role involves providing HR guidance, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. They will acts as a leadership champion and change agent, ensuring that HR solutions meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities & Duties: Partner with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support them. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development. Implement and monitor HR programs and initiatives guided by the HR center of excellence (COE). Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience. Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
