Full Description

Responsibilities: - Increase customer engagement, adoption, and revenue. - Develop and nurture proven relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. - Become experienced in the client's strategic business targets and operations. - Regularly check in with clients, understand their evolving needs, and identify opportunities for additional services. - Facilitate or host webinars with experts to enhance customers’ product knowledge. - Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals. - Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to meet client needs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role. - Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly terms. - Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. - Ability to travel to client sites.
