Senior Trial Attorney - Insurance Defense Harrington, Ocko & Monk, LLP is a sophisticated regional law firm conveniently located in White Plains, New York, with offices located within walking distance to Metro-North Train Station. We are currently seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice group. Specific experience should be in general liability defense litigation, including construction accidents, property damage premises liability. Experience with Construction Liability/Labor Law, not-for-profits and/or Child Victim Act cases is a plus. Those applying as a senior trial attorney should have strong experience in handling all aspects of premises liability and labor law cases from inception through trial.
