Interns will manage title metadata for various audiobook genres and assist the Audio Managing Editorial team with production challenges. They will also learn to prepare book interiors for recording and edit production materials.
Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week and have a passion for books and the spoken word. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Overview Gain a well-rounded view of our audiobook production process for a variety of titles, including single-voice narration, multicast productions, and more, while contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital audio products! Responsibilities Working alongside the audiobook team, interns will manage title metadata for a wide variety of genres and imprints, edit and traffic production materials through our internal databases, learn how to prepare book interiors for recording, and assist the Audio Managing Editorial team in tackling a variety of challenges associated with audiobook production Qualifications Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience. Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the job description. This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
