Recruitment Business Development Manager Financial District, New York $60,000 - $75,000 DOE + uncapped commission (from both your own deals and deals that go into your accounts which mean that this team has high earning opportunity) + bonus + incentives (5* holidays, frequent fine dining, Rolexes, handbags etc) + benefits Are you a recruitment professional that enjoys building relationships but are looking for a more consultative, client-facing role? THE TEAM: Our contract team take on contract Data & Analytics vacancies across the East Cost, focusing mostly on the tri-state area. Recently, we've won a number a great MSP clients which has seen us with a need for a more client facing recruiter who enjoys the account management side of things as well as is motivated to grow more MSP clients for the contract recruiters to fill. THE ROLE: As a BD manager you manage the processes end to end - from taking the initial brief from the client, to ensuring that the sales team are adequately resourcing for the role through to offer negotiation. You will look after our contract desk, a potentially high-value group of accounts as it's starting point at the moment, but with significant scope to grow. As well as the recruitment administration, account development and client facing liaison you will also have the chance to resource for the roles as well if that is something you are interested in. You will need to be a well organised, business-savvy individual with an understanding of contract recruitment. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: A highly visible role both within our business, and for our clients, our ideal candidate will likely have the following background: • A track record of success in a recruitment consultancy (either 360 or within an business development role) • Experience within a contract recruitment desk • Proven ability to hit and overachieve targets thus far in your career What We Offer • Along with a basic, range as above, we offer a competitive commission structure that goes up to 30% (commission is also uncapped with no draw!) • 401k + matching • Health benefits – medical, dental, vision • Hybrid Model After 6 Months – Your first 6 months will be mandatory onsite for 5 days a week.
