Managing Recruitment Consultant / Managerial Recruitment Opportunity Full Time/Permanent Role - 4 days in office Financial District, Manhattan Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Basic: $70,000 - $110,000(depending on level hired at) + commission + bonuses Full benefits - 401k, generous PTO, health, dental and vision plans, pension, etc. Are you an experienced agency recruiter ready to take your leadership to the next level within a company that values career growth and development? About the Role: As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will lead and manage the entire recruitment process, working as a full-desk (360) recruiter, engaging with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities include setting and achieving goals for your team, collaborating with coworkers to meet or exceed targeted goals, and actively networking with candidates and hiring managers to negotiate contracts or generate business. Your day-to-day activities will involve making calls, sending emails, and meeting with clients in the field. Given the nature of the role, extensive experience in cold-calling clients and successfully managing teams in winning new business for Harnham will be crucial.
