You will analyze the project and change requests to optimize regional profitability. Your Team Your regional team is made up of ~150 resources, comprised of SW/HW Project Leads, Systems Engineers, and supporting project management, operations, and finance roles. What You Will Do • Overall responsibility for the P&L of the SBU’s Regional Projects • Assess the financial viability for all projects and change requests. • Maintain the overall development plan for all Regional Projects. • Implements overall quality practices and tools aligned with HARMAN standards. • Represent project development efforts with customer. • Supports regional RFI/RFQ • Staff and maintain department resources which includes career growth and technical skills enhancements. What You Need • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. • 15+ years of overall professional experience in project management, development and delivery • 7+ years in leading multi-national teams/resources • 5+ years in experience in financial management and P&L responsibility • Proven expertise in developing complex systems from architecture to implementation • Proven ability to lead, mentor and grow diverse teams What Is Nice To Have • Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA • Experience in automotive project development.
