Description: As a General Manager at Hardee's, you will take full ownership of your restaurant's operations and financial performance. This is a top-tier leadership role that requires you to oversee every aspect of the business, from team management and training to financial reporting and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating a positive, motivating environment for your staff and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You will be the key decision-maker, leading by example to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the entire restaurant. Responsibilities: • Direct all daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing consistent adherence to company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service. • Oversee all restaurant activities in a leadership capacity, managing and mentoring the entire team. • Recruit, hire, and train all staff members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the company. • Cultivate a positive and respectful work environment for all employees. • Analyze and manage labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to meet and exceed business goals. • Supervise and audit all cash handling procedures, including daily deposits and financial reports. • Lead regular team meetings to communicate performance goals, new promotions, and safety protocols. • Ensure the workplace is safe and compliant by enforcing all company-wide HR, sanitation, and security policies. • Prepare and submit all required financial reports, schedules, and administrative records with accuracy and timeliness.
