We’re taking that foundation of success and bringing it to the digital space — ready to join us? What’s the position? We are looking for a Project Manager who likes high accountability environments. This is not a box-ticking, follow the process job. This is about driving outcomes, building predictability, clearing the path for others, and making sure our projects land on time and at quality. You will work across business leaders, commercial, compliance, tech, product, creative, and operations to bring clarity, momentum, and delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy. With a primary focus on our International business, you'll play a critical role in supporting global market launches and expansion initiatives while also providing day-to-day project support to the International team as needs arise. Your success will be measured by your ability to make us more predictable, remove friction, and keep complex initiatives moving forward, particularly in the dynamic context of new market entry. You are the person who sees the risk coming, fixes the issue before it becomes a blocker, and creates the space for others to do their best work. What You Will Deliver A predictable roadmap, with clear visibility of progress, risks, mitigations, and trade offs so leadership can make confident decisions. Momentum across teams, ensuring cross functional workstreams and external stakeholder groups stay aligned, connected, and unblocked. Smooth delivery, where issues are raised early, solutions are proposed quickly, and complexity is simplified for the organization. Operational efficiency, through the smart use of AI and automation to streamline reporting, tracking, and communication. Improved ways of working, bringing lightweight structure, repeatable habits, and operational discipline without adding red tape. Stakeholder confidence, through strong communication, transparent updates, and the ability to translate detail into what matters most. Measurable improvements in flow, reducing bottlenecks, ambiguity, and wasted effort via strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindsets. Success Looks Like Leaders describe the roadmap as predictable and well run. Teams feel supported and unblocked, not managed or policed. Risks are addressed early, not discovered at the eleventh hour. Delivery cadence improves quarter on quarter. You are seen as the person who makes things easier, clearer, and faster. Reporting Structure This role reports to the Senior Director, Strategy & Planning within the PMO, with a dotted line to the International Department. What are we looking for? How You Work You have a 'get it done' mindset, always pushing for clarity and forward progress. You’re not here to run a task list, you’re here to own the path to delivery and ensure teams can execute without friction. You work well in ambiguity and bring order without becoming bureaucratic, essential when navigating new markets and evolving regulatory landscapes. You operate with high accountability and low ego. You’re curious about new tools and technologies, especially AI and automation, and you use them to eliminate noise, reduce admin, and free teams up to focus on high value work. You are proactive in surfacing risks, options, and recommendations, and you bring solutions not just problems. You know how to read a room, manage senior stakeholders, and influence without authority. What You Bring Solid experience delivering complex, cross functional initiatives in fast moving environments. Strong foundations in project and program management, for example RAID management, dependency mapping, stakeholder management, planning, scope control. Experience and interest in applying AI driven tools to modern project management, from workflow automation to smarter insights and reporting. Proven problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, or operational improvement frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to keep the right people informed in the right way. The ability to simplify complexity and turn ambiguity into actionable plans. A collaborative working style with the confidence to challenge constructively and push teams toward outcomes. Highly valued but not required: Experience in sports betting and/or iGaming regulated industries, with exposure to international or multi-market operations. What’s in it for you?
