Regional Marketing Manager Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager Location: Denver, CO or Colorado Springs, CO area. Would also consider candidates located in the Los Angeles, CA area (identified candidate must reside within one of these regions) Supervisor: Regional Vice President • *Please note that the pay range for the position may differ slightly based upon location. Job Purpose: The Regional Marketing Manager works within an assigned region to provide strategic marketing leadership and support across a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role partners with property teams, corporate leadership, and the Regional Vice President to drive traffic, lease conversion, renewals, and overall resident experience through coaching, training, and oversight of marketing initiatives. The Regional Marketing Manager prioritizes support based on property need and portfolio impact, ensuring consistent execution of marketing programs across the region. Supports national marketing initiatives and pilot programs, collaborating with corporate marketing leadership to evaluate performance, share insights, and inform broader portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs across the region to increase occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. • Compose regional marketing plans aligned with property business objectives, sub-market dynamics, and competitive landscape. • Ensure compliance with leasing and marketing SOPs and performance standards across all assigned properties. • Continuously research and recommend new marketing channels, platforms, and strategies to improve lead generation and revenue. • Create, review, and update property marketing content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company standards. • Provide regional-level training and coaching on marketing programs, leasing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing best practices. • Train property teams on social media strategy, advertising campaigns, events, renewal initiatives, outreach opportunities, and online reputation management. • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and share best practices across properties. • Partner with RVP and corporate marketing leadership to align property-level and regional marketing strategies. • Serve as the regional marketing expert, advising campaign execution, branding, and advertising initiatives. • Support acquisition and onboarding of new properties and teams from a marketing perspective. • Monitor regional marketing KPIs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. • Provide recommendations for annual marketing budget allocations and spending • Lead change management efforts related to new marketing initiatives, platforms, and processes, ensuring adoption and sustained performance at the property level.
