Full Description

The Product Manager drives high-impact initiatives that align with company strategy and deliver meaningful value to users and the business. This role owns one or more areas of the product roadmap, supporting both growth initiatives (e.g., ARR generation through new and existing products) and scale initiatives (e.g., improving gross margins by automating manual processes and building internal infrastructure). Product Managers are aligned to specific Products, User Groups, and Scrum Teams, owning roadmap Ideas from discovery through delivery. Roadmap Ideas are translated into Epics and well-defined User Stories that guide execution Key Responsibilities Own and deliver strategic roadmap Ideas and quarterly outcomes aligned to company goals (growth, retention, efficiency, margin). Lead product discovery and delivery in partnership with Engineering and Design. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine enhancement requests, bugs, and new opportunities. Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope, dependencies, and detailed acceptance criteria. Produce user journey, process, and data flow diagrams; create wireframes and collaborate on higher-fidelity designs. Lead requirements sessions, user acceptance testing, internal training, and product launches. Manage backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking using Jira. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor product performance and user engagement. Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly with cross-functional partners and leadership. Qualifications Experience as a Product Manager owning products or significant product areas from discovery through launch. Strong ability to translate business goals and user needs into clear, actionable requirements. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders. High attention to detail and comfort operating in a regulated or high-accuracy environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to guide decisions. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes. Familiarity with agile development practices and tools such as Jira. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: Compensation at the time of offer is based on factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Harbor Compliance’s total compensation package.
