Overview Happy Cabbage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Oregon. This position will cover the Portland, North Coast and Eastern Oregon Territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Oregon cannabis market who can analyze market trends, develop effective sales strategies, and foster relationships with clients to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. • Oversee account management processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and promote products effectively. • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to improve their performance. • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships. Experience • Proven experience in a sales management role. Must have 1+ years of experience in the Oregon cannabis market. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. • Demonstrated success in business development and account management. • Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. • A background in analyzing data to drive decision-making processes is highly desirable.
