POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to support the development of large-scale powered land and data center projects across the U.S. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of project execution, reporting, and cross-cultural coordination, serving as a key bridge between our U.S. development team and senior leadership at our headquarters in Seoul. The ideal candidate has direct experience working within a Korean or broader APAC-based multinational conglomerate, understands how to communicate effectively in both Korean and English, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience in data centers, real estate development, energy infrastructure, or construction is a major plus. You will manage multiple workstreams, consolidate information across teams, and ensure that leadership receives clear, accurate, and timely updates on project progress and strategic initiatives. The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management. All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare, consolidate, and deliver project reports, dashboards, and updates to senior leadership at HQ in Seoul, ensuring alignment across time zones, formats, and expectations. • Act as the primary liaison between U.S. project teams and Korean HQ leadership, ensuring seamless communication and cultural alignment. • Manage multiple project workstreams related to data center site development, energy infrastructure, and project execution. • Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are clearly tracked and communicated. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working with teams across development, engineering, construction, strategy, finance, and energy to drive clarity and accountability. • Assist with documentation, project controls, and meeting preparation, including agendas, status summaries, and action item follow-up. • Translate and interpret Korean ↔ English as needed for documents, meetings, presentations, and leadership interactions. • Support problem-solving and issue escalation, keeping leadership informed while helping drive resolutions at the project level. • Help build scalable reporting and organizational processes that improve communication efficiency as the company grows. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken). This is a mandatory requirement. • Prior experience working at a Korean conglomerate or major APAC-based multinational (e.g., Hanwha, Samsung, SK, LG, Lotte, POSCO, etc.). • 5–8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, development, or operations, ideally within construction, data centers, real estate, or energy infrastructure. • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to synthesize complex information into clear, senior-ready updates. • Excellent communication and cross-cultural relationship skills; comfortable interfacing with all levels of leadership. • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (schedule management, reporting, risk tracking, etc.).
