Salary: $23 - $27 per hour Materials & Logistics Coordinator Are you passionate about keeping materials, parts, and people moving efficiently? Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is seeking a highly organized Materials & Logistics Coordinator to manage incoming materials, stage job materials, coordinate parts deliveries, and ensure smooth daily operations to support our field technicians. This role is crucial in helping maintain order in the warehouse, minimize technician downtime and ensure job readiness each day. Benefits For You: • Healthcare for You On Us! $0 Premium • Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit • Dental, Vision & Aflac Add-Ons • Employee Assistance Program • 401K with Company Match • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays & Paid Birthdays Off! • Quarterly Breakfast Parties! • Quarterly Performance Reviews for Continuous Growth • Paid Training Opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Receive and verify all incoming materials against POs and vendor tickets • Maintain status updates for materials in ServiceTitan platform • Stage materials for upcoming jobs and truck restocks with clear labels and organization • Coordinate and dispatch parts runs using internal inventory or vendors as needed • Manage part runner assignments and ensure timely delivery of job materials • Proactively communicate material discrepancies and resolve shipping errors with vendors • Maintain accurate inventory flow and minimize technician trips to the warehouse • Review daily manifests and job schedules to prepare next-day materials • Continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and support field productivity Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience with inventory or warehouse systems (ServiceTitan preferred) • Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and managers • Proactive mindset focused on efficiency and minimizing job delays • Prior warehouse, logistics, or coordination experience is a plus • Ability to Pass a Background Screening About Us For over 27 years, Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical has been the premier choice for residential home services in Central, PA.
