HandCraft Linen Services is looking for a Client Relations Specialist for the Southeastern North Carolina/Northern South Carolina Territory. The ideal candidate would reside in the areas of Wilmington, Leland, or Myrtle Beach, SC. This Territory will cover areas such as Wilmington, Southport, Lumberton, and Myrtle Beach. The Client Relations Specialist is the face of HandCraft and acts as the onsite liaison between the client and the Company. The CRS is responsible for providing the highest level of client service, satisfaction, and support to their assigned healthcare customers. The CRS will partner with a team of Customer Data Analyst to provide support and recommendations to all assigned clients utilizing data analysis, tracking, training, and education as well as face to face interaction. Please Note: This is not a sales position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at each assigned facility to ensure client satisfaction and account retention. • Conduct client visits on a regular basis, answer client questions, and document visit outcomes in Wingmate, our Customer Relations Management system. • Full Service account management from onboarding , through the duration of the agreement. • Know and understand products and services offered by HandCraft and have the ability to make recommendations to clients. • Provide effective customer service through education, consultation, and individual support to assigned accounts. • Contact customer upon sale of a new contract then plan and execute all aspects of onboarding. • Serve as the primary liaison for customer service issues related to assigned accounts. • Ensure linen/scrub quality/quantity issues are appropriately resolved. • Escalate and follow up on unresolved service issues with customers, management, transportation, and production as needed. • Facilitate best practices to optimize efficiency efforts. • Conduct regular inventory scans using RFID technology. • Negotiate and renew client contracts. • Identify and cultivate opportunities for new business within existing accounts via adding new products, etc. • Collaborate with individual route drivers on a daily basis to ensure cohesiveness across departments. Required Skills and Experience: • Must have a friendly, positive attitude and ability to prioritize communication with customers and internal departments/leadership. • High School Diploma or GED. College Degree Preferred. • Previous experience working in a service-oriented role.
