Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of our Wellness Spa. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational aspects, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff alike. Your leadership will drive excellence in customer service, team management, inventory control, and administrative processes. Duties • Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments • Implement strategies to convert "one-time" guests into long-term members during the check-out process • Train all staff on membership scripts, soft-selling techniques, and overcoming guest objections. • Manage all day-to-day activities to ensure the spa opens and closes on time and operates smoothly • Act as the first point of escalation for client complaints, turning negative experiences into loyalty-building opportunities • Handle membership freezes, and cancellation requests with a focus on retention • Oversee customer service standards to ensure exceptional client experiences at all touchpoints Requirements • Proven management experience within a retail or service environment, preferably in wellness or spa settings • Proficiency in spa management software (e.g., Mindbody, Booker, Zenoti) and Microsoft Office • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere • Excellent communication skills • Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development programs • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively • Customer service-oriented mindset with outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Join our vibrant team where your leadership can inspire wellness and create memorable experiences for every guest.
