Responsibilities: • Provide Tier 3 escalation support to the Network Operations Center (NOC), resolving network and service issues. • Investigate network outages, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. • Update network monitoring systems and generate reports on root cause analysis and chronic issues. • Maintain technical support documentation, including Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network systems and applications. • Manage and monitor all network change activities across the organization, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. Skills/Must have: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience in network operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues. • Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies. • Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
