At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in telecom or related fields, with proven success in securing property deals and knowledge of the Central Florida MDU market.
We’re partnered with a fast-scaling, Florida-based fiber provider that’s expanding aggressively across Central Florida. This is an opportunity for an experienced MDU sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory and drive meaningful revenue growth in a market that’s actively being built out. You’ll be joining early, with real autonomy, strong backing, and uncapped upside as the footprint expands. Responsibilities • Manage and grow relationships with MDU property owners, managers, developers, and HOAs • Drive property-level penetration and revenue growth across assigned territory • Prospect, qualify, and close new MDU opportunities end-to-end • Coordinate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to support deployments • Negotiate commercial terms and oversee contract execution Qualifications • 2+ years of B2B sales experience within the MDU, managed Wi-Fi, telecom, or cable space • Experience selling to property ownership, management companies, or developers • Proven track record securing building agreements and long-cycle property deals • Knowledge of the Central Florida / Orlando MDU market If you're interested in this position, please apply with your updated resume!
