Halvor Lines is hiring OTR company drivers for our Reefer division. We offer competitive pay packages with generous bonus opportunities! This is a 100% no-touch position. Driver Requirements • Valid CDL A license • 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years Reefer • Top 10% of drivers earn $92,000 per year • Up to 67 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses) • Base pay: 49-59 CPM • 7-10 days out, 2 days home • 100% no-touch freight Benefits & Perks • $1,000 orientation pay • $2,000 referral bonus + $.01 for every mile your referral drives! • Performance, safety, fuel bonuses worth up to 8 CPM + additional fuel bonus • Advance your career as a trainer and earn an additional 27 CPM while training • Medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, and PTO available • 401k with 4% employer match • Pet & rider policies • Late-model trucks equipped come with TVs, refrigerators, inverters and bunk heaters! • Pay includes bonuses and varies by route, location, experience level, and performance. • *There is no deadline to apply.
