OTR Company Drivers • Top 10% of drivers earn $93,000 per year • Earn up to 63 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses) • Base pay: 45-55 CPM • Weekly home time • 100% no-touch freight Benefits & Perks • $1,000 orientation pay • $2,000 referral bonus + $.01 for every mile your referral drives! • Performance & fuel bonuses worth up to 8 CPM • Fuel bonus • Advance your career as a trainer and earn an additional 27 CPM while training • Medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, and PTO available • 401k with 4% employer match • Pet & rider policies • Late-model trucks equipped come with TVs, refrigerators, inverters and bunk heaters! • Pay includes bonuses and varies by route, location, experience level, and performance. • *There is no deadline to apply.
