Job Description: Grounds & Maintenance Reports to Facilities Manager Summary: We are looking for someone who is dedicated to maintaining our machines & equipment along with keeping up the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding grounds. Needs to be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision. Key Skills: · Basic Mathematical Skills · Ability to work with minimal supervision · Proficient with handling basic tools · Available to work overtime when needed · Lawn Care Required Qualifications: · Reliable Transportation to and from work · Attention to detail · Good time-management skills · Physically able to lift moderate weight Compensation: $17 Per Hour · Dental insurance · Health insurance · Life insurance · Paid time off · Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
