Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Commercial Finance or FP&A, strong financial analysis and forecasting skills, advanced Excel and presentation abilities, experience with financial planning and ERP systems, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Description: • Develop, maintain, and improve sales forecasting models in collaboration with Sales and Commercial leaders • Provide deep-dive analyses on revenue trends, volume/mix, pricing, and customer performance • Track performance vs. targets, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions • Lead margin analysis including price realization, product mix, cost-to-serve, and promotional impact • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify margin optimization opportunities • Support customer and product profitability models to drive portfolio and pricing decisions • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles for commercial expenses (SG&A and related spend) • Monitor monthly expenses, explain variances, and ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives • Provide end-to-end P&L support for business units, channels, or product lines as required • Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and templates that elevate data visibility and decision-making quality. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field • 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Decision Support roles • Strong understanding of P&L drivers, forecasting processes, and financial analysis • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data modeling, Power Query or equivalent) • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, storytelling with data, and executive-ready presentations • Experience with financial planning systems, preferably Planful (or similar: Anaplan, Adaptive, TM1) • Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan) • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
