HALO is looking for an Account/Production Manager experienced in the Beer, Wine & Spirits industry to join our high-growth company. This role will join a fast-paced team that connects HALO clients with our innovative solutions and will be responsible for providing administrative support to HALO Sales leaders and clients. Responsibilities • Organize client presentations • Develop strong relationships with Sales and Promotional Product Suppliers • Create virtual samples • Work with the creative department to provider renders and artwork • Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email • Obtain pricing and prepare customer quotes • Coordinate samples for client presentations • Coordinate client review and approval of proofs • Communicate directly with clients on projects to find promotional solutions • Learn to know the client's sustainability requirements, brand guidelines, and standard specs • Enter sales orders via the Company's proprietary system • Follow sales orders through the production process from start to finish • Fulfill sales orders and review final invoices before they go to the client • Other duties based on business needs Requirements • 5+ years of proven experience in account/production management required • Experience in the beer, wine, and spirits industry strongly preferred • POS, Print, Display, and Promo sourcing experience, both domestic and overseas strongly preferred • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience using NetSuite ERP is preferred, but not required Additional Job Requirements • Apply your previous experience in promotional products industry • Perform product research and make recommendations • Use your judgment to solve complex customer problems with creative solutions • Exhibit high levels of professionalism • Communicate with ease and confidence about your ideas and solutions • Demonstrate your adaptability as new opportunities emerge and timelines change • Balance multiple parallel assignments • Thrive in a deadline-driven team environment Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $100,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
