About the role We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst in our Insights Team. In this role, you’ll use a proven ability to tell stories with data and create visualizations that allow all levels of the organization to operate effectively through dashboards and reporting. You’ll also work closely with key business stakeholders to blend our product, sales, and operational data to help us understand how to make key business decisions. This includes both our external customers and our internal stakeholders. Because a significant part of our customer platform involves analytics and insights, your work will be both highly visible and important for our overall product success. Key responsibilities: In this role, you will: Engage and lead strategic planning sessions with senior leaders, external customers, other key business stakeholders to understand business requirements around insights and reporting Create high-fidelity visualizations and reporting that help stakeholders understand the data we have Steward datasets in our data pipelines and lakehouses to produce ideal semantic models for company-wide purposes Explore, understand, and interpret and summarize analyses a timely and meaningful way Develop common standards of reporting definitions to ensure different business stakeholders with similar perspectives about the nature and purpose of our data Lead and collaborate with other data analysts, data engineers, or software developers to achieve Insights team objectives Required Qualifications: We’re looking for people who: Have a consultative approach to working with others, coupled with an effective communication ability to seek out, analyze, and solve challenging data problems at scale Have a track record of experience of using enterprise analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Observable, Processing.js, D3.js, Tableau) to build attractive, powerful dashboards Have a bias towards action and a clear communication style Are comfortable working both independently as well as within a team environment, especially with other data analysts, data engineers, or software developers Preferred Qualifications: It’s an added bonus if you also: Have expertise with our specific stack: visualizations in PowerBI, lakehouses ingested via Fabric, and product deployments in Microsoft Azure Healthcare industry experience, especially in the labor optimization, VMS, or MSP space Job Type: Full-time Compensation Range: $105,000 – $140,000 annually Benefits include: · Health insurance plans · Dental insurance · Vision insurance · Unlimited paid time off · HSA company contributions · 401k Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
