A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Tax is required. Internship experience in tax or accounting is a plus but not mandatory.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting/Tax Internship experience in tax or accounting is a plus, but not required Areas of Responsibility Prepare federal and state tax returns and supporting documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy to help clients maximize their opportunities and stay compliant Work directly with clients to gather data, resolve questions, and provide a best in class service Consult with peers and supervisors, being responsive to their communications (same-day response time) Adhere to professional ethics of the firm and AICPA, including policies regarding client confidentiality Prepare documents and response letters to resolve client notices Support special projects throughout the year including, but not limited to, client proposals, firmwide planning, and training materials Attend relevant CPE to develop and enhance technical and process-related skills
