Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational strategies. • Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams. • Track and report on operational activities and results. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. • Develop and implement training and support programs. Requirements • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of operational strategies and best practices. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
