The Accounting team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager at their Lafayette Hill, PA office. This is a hybrid role requiring Monday/Friday remote and Tuesday through Thursday in office. Are you a Certified Public Accountant? If so, then we’d like you to join our dedicated team as Senior Corporate Accounting Manager. About the Role: You will: • Support the Controller in developing and managing all accounting related practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of total company results. • Partner with field leadership, other support departments, and outside providers to ensure compliance with financial procedures, accountability, and control of the Company’s financial resources. • Lead the accounting function in projects including continuous improvement initiatives and acquisition activities. • Ensure the timely consolidation of financial information from all Hajoca subsidiaries in order to analyze financial data prior to the creation of the monthly consolidated financial statements and quarterly debt covenants. • Monitor updates to US GAAP / other relevant accounting guidance and review with the Controller and CFO any changes relevant to Hajoca operations. Document new guidance in memo/policy/procedure format and review with external auditors for approval and sign-off prior to the annual audit process. • Guide, manage and report on the acquisition due diligence process of all functional teams and as appropriate lead integration efforts for accounting processes for completed acquisitions. • Perform accounting activities related to employee benefit plans including ensuring monthly reconciliations are performed for retirement benefit and payroll accounts. • Manage relationships with external auditors for the annual audit process of retirement benefit plans, including the timely preparation of workpapers and draft financial statements and timely responsiveness to auditor requests. • Work with Controller and other key stakeholders to implement best practice processes and systems, including tools to increase efficiency in the consolidation process. • Implement internal controls related to accounting processes to ensure integrity of financial results. • Implement key performance indicators to monitor process effectiveness across the broader accounting function. • Recruit, hire, lead and develop a cohesive, professional team in accounting, financial reporting, and system initiatives. • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned. • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. About You: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • 7 or more years of accounting experience in large organizations • 3 or more years of management experience • CPA • Previous experience in a privately held company a plus. Our ideal candidate will also: • Have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with the application of new accounting standards. • Be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights. • Possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy. • Be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior management. • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Possess leadership qualities and be viewed as a leader. • Have experience promoting a productive and positive team environment, coaching staff to do their best work. • Be proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP including Group Consolidation preferred). • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools. • Have experience presenting findings and reports to senior management or business leaders. • Possess strong organizational skills. Be able to organize complex projects, manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines. • Exercise the highest levels of integrity.
