Full Description

As a Service Delivery Technician II, you will play a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of laptops and IT assets for our distributed workforce. You’ll be responsible for asset record accuracy, supporting all phases of device deployment and recovery, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. What you’ll do • Manage all phases of the laptop lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, advanced exchange, tech refresh, and reverse logistics for remote users. • Lead cleanup and maintenance efforts for asset records across JAMF, Intune, and ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Resolve escalated hardware incidents and service requests, providing remote troubleshooting and support. • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate device shipments, returns, and replacements for remote employees. • Maintain accurate records in the CMDB, reflecting asset and CI status changes. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance remote service delivery operations. This might describe you • Proven experience in IT asset management or hardware support, with a focus on lifecycle management. • Proven ability to resolve complex hardware issues and service requests remotely. • Experience with JAMF, Intune, ServiceNow, and CMDB systems. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with vendors. • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in service delivery. • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment. • Experience with global logistics for IT asset deployment and recovery. • Familiarity with ISO compliance standards in IT operations. • Prior experience in IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) operations. Other things to note • This role This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location. • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
