As Manager of B2B Strategy and Planning, you will partner with B2B leadership to drive new business growth through data-driven analysis that informs distribution and sales strategies. This role supports a range of strategic initiatives, including but not limited to field management goal setting, performance analytics, and dynamic dashboard development, while partnering with field and channel teams on new business planning and financial modeling. The position also delivers critical analytical capabilities by developing and leveraging Tableau dashboards to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. What you’ll do Partner with subchannel leadership on New Business planning, annual and quarterly goal setting, and supporting field management with performance targets and capacity modeling. Collaborate with executive and functional leaders to define and cascade measurable sales goals aligned with company strategy, partnerships, and initiatives. Work with finance and channel leaders to develop financial models and scenario planning to support strategic investments and distribution decisions. Serve as a liaison between leadership and the field team on reporting, analytics, and performance insights for the B2B channel. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution of initiatives that improve agency and partner performance. Develop actionable sales insights by leveraging data analytics, field intelligence, and agent feedback. Build and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders. Deliver agency performance dashboards to inform strategy, tactics, and operational decision-making. Analyze agent engagement models and provide insights to B2B leadership, including solving ambiguous or exploratory business problems. Conduct financial analysis to support business growth, profitability initiatives, and cost-to-acquire optimization. Analyze sales performance and pipeline metrics to identify opportunities and improve conversion rates. Ensure accurate attribution and tracking of lead sources and agent information by partnering with data teams to support closed-loop reporting and funnel optimization. This might describe you Proven experience in analytical roles, preferably supporting field sales or B2B distribution. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong quantitative or analytical focus Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Strong background using SQL and Tableau for analysis, decision support, and insight visualization. Ability to build and interpret dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and concisely to business stakeholders. Preferred qualifications Experience in insurance industry Experience using Snowflake for querying large datasets, building views, and preparing data for dashboards and analytical models. Other things to note This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location. Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable.
