Job Summary: Haddad Hyundai, a top-rated dealership in the Pittsfield area, is seeking a Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in need of automotive maintenance and repairs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $55,000 to $80,000, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers to the dealership • Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide estimated completion times • Consult with customers regarding their vehicle's issues and recommended services • Create detailed service orders and ensure accuracy of information • Communicate with technicians and provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle • Upsell recommended services and products to customers and explain the benefits • Process payments and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality, safety, and customer service Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong communication and customer service skills • Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record-keeping • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment EEOC Statement: Haddad Hyundai is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
