The Salesforce Support Analyst will bridge business and technical teams, optimizing the current Salesforce implementation for long-term maintainability and scalability. Responsibilities include enhancements, automation, reporting, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and familiarity with best practices. Excellent documentation skills and experience interfacing with business stakeholders are also required.

This is a contract role through the end of January 2026 Role Scope: We are seeking a Salesforce Support Analyst to help bridge our business and technical teams, optimize our current Salesforce implementation, and build toward long-term maintainability and scalability. The ideal person will not only take hands-on responsibility for enhancements, complex flows, reporting, and validation, but will also partner with our business stakeholders to understand the underlying needs and recommend improvements. We expect someone who is thoughtful about current state reviews, documentation, and who can both execute tactical work and help shape future direction. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation: assist with defining and scoping requests. Perform enhancements, automation, and development within Salesforce: adjust system logic, build complex flows, expand modules, and refine existing functionality for better scalability. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to support business insights, as well as validation rules to ensure data quality. Produce both technical documentation (code, system behavior, integration points) and process documentation (how business uses Salesforce, workflows, etc.). Review current state of Salesforce setup to identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks; provide recommendations to set up better long‑term scalability and success. Handle day‑to‑day requests: bug fixes, small enhancements, questions from users. Admin responsibility: reviewing/administering structure, permissions, etc. Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, declarative tools, flows, modules/objects). Familiarity with Salesforce best practices: scalable architecture, coding standards, maintainability. Experience building dashboards, reports, validation rules, and data quality enforcement. Experience interfacing with business stakeholders: gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical specs. Excellent documentation skills. Nice to Have Prior experience working in Health Care Experience with data loader tools (bulk imports/exports). Familiarity with Health Cloud or other Salesforce clouds/modules specific to health care. Experience performing current state review of Salesforce orgs and proposing roadmaps for scale. Compensation: We take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. The expected salary range for this position is $65.00 -$80.00. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
