Job description Part Time Social Media and Marketing Assistant Hybrid/Remote 3 days in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Up to 24 hours a week with potential to move to a full-time position Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Corporate Engagement, we are seeking an energetic, motivated individual to handle the administrative, grants tracking and social media needs of our Development Department. Duties include: • Composition of thank you letters • Social Media real-time posting • Scheduled social media postings via Hootsuite • Creation of social media graphics for our Corporate Office along with our ReStore via Canva • Data input via Neon database • Event creation via Neon database • Maintain Outlook calendars • Microsoft Word experience • Microsoft Excel experience • Constant Contacts experience – responsible for drafting Constant Contacts eblasts • Must know how to scan, copy, save pdfs • Must know how to create envelopes for mailings • Assistance with website maintenance • Responsible for taking notes in our grants meetings and tracking the status of grants in our internal tracker inclusive of deadline, submission and reporting dates • Special events: logistical assistance in preparation and assistance at our events. • Content creation, photos, videos of volunteer groups/special projects, homeowner dedications, events etc. • Must work well in a Team environment • Must have reliable transportation as some travel between locations is required.
