We’re trusted by leading organizations and growing fast. Now, we’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform as we scale. The Role As a Product Designer at Gymble, you’ll own the end-to-end design experience across our web platform and upcoming product initiatives. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, clean, and scalable user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves building real products used daily by real businesses — not just designing pretty screens. What You’ll Do • Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for Gymble’s core platform • Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and shipped with quality • Improve existing UX while helping define new features from scratch • Contribute to and evolve Gymble’s design system and visual language • Think strategically about usability, accessibility, and scalability What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related role • Strong portfolio showing thoughtful, user-focused design work • Experience designing SaaS or B2B products (bonus for operational or marketplace tools) • Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) • Ability to balance speed and polish in a fast-moving startup environment • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally Nice to Have • Experience in sports, fitness, or consumer marketplaces • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints Why Gymble • Real ownership and influence over a growing product • Work directly with founders and senior leadership • Opportunity to shape a platform used by hundreds of facilities • Flexible, remote-friendly culture • Competitive compensation + equity upside
