On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.   As the Lead Project Manager, HR Transformnation, you will be responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end global recruiting processes within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. You will ensure recruiting processes are globally standardized yet locally adaptable, compliant, efficient, and aligned with GXO’s Talent Acquisition strategy and digital HR roadmap.   Pay, benefits and more. We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.   What you’ll do on a typical day: Define and own the global recruiting process framework, including requisition-to-hire, candidate data management, interview scheduling, offer, and pre-boarding workflows Establish and maintain global process standards, policies, and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), DEI, and internal policies Lead process design and optimization initiatives to enhance speed-to-hire, scalability, and candidate/hiring manager experience Collaborate with HR Technology, HRIS, and vendors to define system requirements, oversee testing, and manage deployments within SAP SuccessFactors and integrated tools Drive change management initiatives, build stakeholder engagement, and deliver training to support process transformation and adoption What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent related work or military experience 8+ years in process/product management or Talent Acquisition leadership in a global environment Proven expertise in recruitment process design, governance, and continuous improvement Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Candidate Relationship Management, and related TA technologies Experience delivering large-scale, cross-regional change initiatives Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and time zones It’d be great if you also have: Agile Project Management experience Experience balancing global standardization with local market needs Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative, resilient approach We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.    GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
