Title: Project Manager - Dynamics 365 Location: Remote USA Type: Contract (6 months plus) Overview: We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) to lead CRM-related projects from inception through deployment and support. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions leveraging the D365 CE platform (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.). Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. • Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. • Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams. • Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions. • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project. • Coordinate development, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities. • Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices, budget, and timelines. • Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 23 years focused on D365 CE this role requires strong D365 CE experience. • Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.). • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or implementation partners. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate). • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification. • Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or custom workflows. Compensation and Employment The expected rate for this position is $70 -$90, depending on experience and qualifications.
