What You Do: • Source, recruit, and place passive + active tech talent • Build and maintain technical candidate pipelines • Lead outreach, screening, submissions, and full-cycle placement • Earn through an uncapped, commission-only structure Requirements: • At least 1 year of tech recruiting experience • Proven ability to source passive candidates • Strong communication and follow-through • Comfortable operating as a 1099 contractor Bonus (Leadership Path): Team-lead or sales-lead experience may position you for a 2026 leadership role.
