Summary Guidewire is seeking a talented and self-motivated Workday Analyst to join our People Technology team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the technical configuration, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of Workday, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday's functional capabilities, technical architecture, and best practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Lead the analysis, design, testing and deployment of Workday enhancements and new module implementations Serve as subject matter expert for the Workday HRMS application by owning end-to-end resolution of complex issues and configuration requests while partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients by proactively identifying needs, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements aligned with Workday best practices Identify, analyze, and address operational inefficiencies and interdependencies, recommending technical or procedural improvements to meet organizational objectives Perform functional system administrator duties to maintain day to day operations Communicate system and process changes with HR Partners and across the organization Communicate system and process changes with HR Partners and across the organization Assist in managing and testing Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately to the various business unit leads. Required Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area of study 5+ years of Workday HCM & Recruiting functional experience, including implementations Experience with at least 3 additional Workday Modules is essential: Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Reporting and Security Experience in supporting a global organization Ability to work independently and make sound discretionary business decisions with limited guidance Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 - $140,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
