As a Partner Alliance Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Guidewire’s growth by ensuring seamless contract management, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency for our partner ecosystem. We are seeking a highly analytical, business-savvy professional who excels at communication, project management, and building relationships across teams. Job Description What you’ll do Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Partner Managers, supporting contract review and business terms to strengthen customer relationships. Maintain and audit partner and alliance activity in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with business approval policies. Track financial metrics, manage price quotes, invoicing, and business approvals, and oversee operational requirements for deals of varying complexity. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Legal, Finance, and Operations to align resources and facilitate renewals and ongoing contract management. Build strong, productive relationships and feedback loops with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and satisfaction with contracting best practices. Assess priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance customer demands to ensure timely and effective outcomes. Manage invoicing for all recurring License, Subscription, and Maintenance revenue streams. Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to Guidewire’s operational excellence and innovation. What you’ll bring Required Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams. Professionalism, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Understanding of the partner ecosystem at a high technology company Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior executives. Proven project management skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment. Extensive experience with Google and Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM (Salesforce is preferred). Preferred Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Communications) or three or more years of experience providing professional executive-level sales support. Experience in contract administration, financial tracking, or sales operations within a technology or insurance environment. Your Impact We believe in clarity and setting you up for success. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,000 - $102,000 . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
