Start strong with our 2-week paid training program — designed to prepare you to confidently pass the Life Insurance Licensing exam. No experience in insurance? No problem. What You'll Do: • Work with inbound warm leads — no cold calling required! • Connect with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored life insurance solutions. • Educate clients on policy options and guide them in making informed financial decisions. • Build lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and excellent customer service. • Track and manage your leads and sales activities in our system. • Collaborate with a positive, high-performing team to hit sales goals and grow together. What We’re Looking For: • Sales experience (insurance or call center background is a plus) • Clear and confident communicator who can simplify complex info • Highly organized with strong time management skills • A passion for helping others and a hunger for career growth • Must pass a criminal background check Compensation & Benefits: • $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Top first-year agents average $75,000+) • Additional performance bonuses & incentives • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) • Paid training and licensing support • Major career growth opportunities – we promote from within!
