Full Description

Description: • Plan and define projects, and collaborate with various teams. • Communicate with PMO and Practice Leadership weekly regarding status updates and strategies. • Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, comprised of Engineers, Architects, and project sponsors. • Work with Architects & Engineers to develop project roadmaps, cutover / implementation plans, and As-Built documentation • Responsible for communication including status of project health and ensures project is delivered within schedule and scope. • Responsible for risk management and escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team. • Consult with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and specifications for solutions and enhancements. • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources. Develop reports and key risk indicators. • Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources • Manage a combination of Waterfall and Agile-based development efforts from initial analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Manage day-to-day operations of the program responsible for monitoring and maximizing key cost, schedule, and performance metrics • Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected • High technical acumen - ability to learn various project management apps in a short amount of time (Jira, Confluence, GSuite, Slack, OpenAir, etc.) Requirements: • Bachelors in Business or Computer Science Required • Minimum 5 years of experience in a mix of Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Cyber Engineer Roles • Experience with AppSec and Vulnerability Management Highly Preferred • Minimum of 2 years experience in Cybersecurity, and/or SaaS Benefits: • Group Medical Insurance options: Zero Deductible PPO Plan (GuidePoint pays 90% of the premium for employees and 70% for family plans (spouse/children/family) or High Deductible Health Plan with HSA (GuidePoint pays 100% of the employees premiums and 75% for family plans (spouse/children/family) and GPS will contribute in one lump sum: ($500 per EE annually / $1000 per family annually (includes spouse/children/family options) • Group Dental Insurance: GuidePoint pays 100% of the premium for employees and 75% of family plans • 12 corporate holidays and a Flexible Time Off (FTO) program • Healthy mobile phone and home internet allowance • Eligibility for retirement plan after 2 months at open enrollment • Pet Benefit Option
