Minimum 15 years of solutioning experience in complex, service-driven organizations, with proven leadership of solution architect teams, and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
Job Description: • The Partner, Enterprise Architect, GMS will have accountability for driving a successful solution process for strategic opportunities • Responsible for building and leading a team of solution architects who support Guidehouse Managed Services pursuits • Lead the development and adoption of a consistent and repeatable process • Deploy the appropriate tools to support the process • Act as an enterprise solution architect for strategic pursuits, engaging with cross functional stakeholders to develop solutions that align with client value propositions and Guidehouse commercial objectives and delivery capabilities • Build a team of solution architects and deal financial modelers • Ensure appropriate coverage for new opportunities and the development of viable solutions for all opportunities • Establish the appropriate tools and processes to support consistent, repeatable solutions • Establish appropriate estimating parameters and models that will allow for more efficient models over time • Work effectively in a matrixed organization, leading, facilitating, and program managing all efforts with aligned departments • Participate in win theme discussions for new opportunities • Drive internal processes to develop a consistent, client focused delivery model, opportunity templates, financial models, and capture process workflow • Develop a point of view on cost to serve for different types of work • Ensure all new opportunities adhere to the Guidehouse process for internal gate reviews and transition of new won work to operations Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration or related field • Minimum of fifteen years of experience of solutioning within complex, technologically and service driven organizations • Demonstrated track record and expertise in solutioning large, complex opportunities in both the public and commercial sectors • Experience leading a team of solution architects • Ability to travel as needed Benefits: • Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance • Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays • Position may be eligible for a discretionary variable incentive bonus • Parental Leave • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Basic Life & Supplemental Life • Health Savings Account, Dental/Vision & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability • Tuition Reimbursement, Personal Development & Learning Opportunities • Skills Development & Certifications • Employee Referral Program • Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach • Emergency Back-Up Childcare Program
