Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: Up to 50% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: • Lead the development and execution of US market access strategy to support brand objectives and patient access goals. • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, value and evidence, medical, regulatory, sales, and finance teams to shape access and reimbursement strategies. • Assess payer landscape, coverage, coding, reimbursement, and policy trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic actions. • Develop value propositions, access narratives, payer materials, and strategic recommendations that support product uptake and reimbursement. • Guide preparation for pricing, contracting, and access-related decisions in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Monitor competitor and market dynamics, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable market access plans. • Represent US market access strategy in internal governance forums and support senior leadership decision-making with clear recommendations and analyses. What You Will Need: • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, public health, pharmacy, or a related field preferred. • 10+ years of relevant experience in market access, payer strategy, pricing, reimbursement, HEOR, or related pharmaceutical/biotech commercial functions. • Demonstrated experience developing and executing US market access strategies for specialty, branded, or launch-stage products. • Strong understanding of the US payer environment, including commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, PBM, and provider reimbursement dynamics. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience translating complex data and payer insights into clear business recommendations. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. What Would Be Nice To Have: • Advanced degree such as MBA, PharmD, MPH, MS, or PhD. • Experience in oncology, immunology, rare • disease, or other specialty therapeutic areas. • Launch experience with new products in the US market access environment. • Experience with pricing strategy, contracting, and payer value communication. • Knowledge of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence. • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior colleagues. • Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization. The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
